Form Etching

Our form etching process is a fast and extremely economical method for producing planar metal components. It can be used just as easily for prototypes or series products – in metal thicknesses of 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm. Not only are components planar, they are flash-free; hardness and spring elasticity remain unchanged.
